Processing Time
All orders are handmade to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for your bag to be carefully crafted, quality checked, and packaged before it ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping options on every order:
Free Standard Shipping — 8–16 business days, completely free on all orders worldwide. No minimum spend, no hidden fees.
Express Shipping — 6–12 business days with priority handling for faster delivery.
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped, not when it's placed. Times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.
Worldwide Shipping
We ship to every country. No matter where you are in the world, we'll get your handmade bag to you — and standard shipping is always free.
Shipping Protection
We offer optional shipping protection at checkout to keep your package safe. This covers lost packages, damaged items, and stolen deliveries. If anything happens to your order in transit, we'll replace it or refund you — no hassle, no stress.
We highly recommend adding shipping protection as we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit on unprotected orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page using your order number and email address. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
